Victorian Core Health Club has introduced new technology to help in its campaign for a healthier community with the installation of MobileFit, an interactive fitness technology system.
MobileFit is an online exercise tracking system that combines user feedback with recommendations from a trainer to create personalised workout programs for members. The system provides additional support for new health club members and is designed to help members stay motivated.
MobileFit workouts adapt and change as the user provides feedback on workouts completed. Users can log their progress at the club via a touch screen kiosk, online at though a web login and even through their smart phone.
The MobileFit system rewards members with 'Wellness Points' every time they complete exercise. These points can be traded in for exciting rewards such as free personal training and massage.
Owner Joe Russo explains that Core Health Club's mission is to help improve the health and wellness of all its members stating "we're in the business to make member's lives better (and) to make our community healthier. MobileFit is helping us do that by engaging our members in an exercise program that leads to a healthier lifestyle."
Health Clubs throughout Australia and the US are using MobileFit to;
• Increase profitability through higher member retention rates

The MobileFit system was recently installed into the new YMCA Victoria site located in the Melbourne Docklands. This state of the art facility is found below Melbourne's new ANZ building and has some stunning views of the surrounding Docklands waterways.
Go Figure Womens Health Club!
Go Figure is a moden women's only facility located in the heart of Queenbeyan NSW. Go Figure will be celebrating their 1st birthday in July and have included MobileFit as a first birthday gift for their members.

YMCA Perth's New Victoria Avenue Site.
